Vietnam: 14 dogs RESCUED from certain death after being stolen by a 46 year old Vietnamese dog meat smuggler who admitted to stealing up to 500 dogs from owner’s back yards and directly from owners walking their dog on a leash, along the street .
He had a business central Vietnam province Quang Ngai selling stolen pets to local dog meat restaurants.
Their mouths are taped shut, making breathing even more difficult and one has a severely injured paw that appears to have been dragged along the road at some point. In Vietnam, that’s a common occurrence when driving animals around on motor scooters.
I pray the dog meat smuggler is shown the same measure of mercy he showed all the dogs that rode on his motor scooter of hell: NONE.

Oh, how horrible!
I agree: it really is awful and that’s why I’m trying to bring awareness to it. The good news is authorities actually arrested this guy; normally that doesn’t happen. The more arrests, the better. :=o)
