People forget the panic, terror and claustrophobia gripping each dog on Thailand’s 1,000 Dog Truck, as they fight for life, stuffed into iron cages with up to 35 dogs in each cage.
The following photos are of dog # K606 currently at Thailand’s Khemmarat Shelter (Ubon Ratchathani), severely bitten by caged panicking dogs on the 1,000 Dog Truck. Photos courtesy of Biter Brownie.

In searing heat over a number of days, without water, food or exercise, their thrown on and off trucks and little boats as many die of suffocation, thirst or huger. Surviving dogs are unable to get away from their dying, dead or rotting cage mates, until the journey into hell ends. Welcome to the Dog Meat Trade.

What an awful story. Nothing should be treated so inhumanely.
Mum’s a front line fighter against the dog and cat meat trade and she tries to show positive rescue stories about it but sometimes things like this poor dog need to be aired. Thank you for caring about him and commenting. :=o)
