Before I went over the Rainbow Bridge mom (Michele), and I used to run seven kilometers every day on a very steep and hilly terrain. I would never go without wearing an outfit and this was one of my favorite running suits.
Mom bought this dog-jogging suit for me in Germany and it was awesome because it was super light and fluro, which was important because once when we were on our run, when I was 18 years old, I actually got hit by a car and tossed in the air and did somersaults before landing as a splat on the ground.
Miraculously I was OK!
Mom was not ok.
Mom was hysterical and screaming and she actually went a bit like Cujo – the crazy dog. BOL!
She kept screaming out “Oh my god, oh my god, has he broken his back???”
No, I hadn’t cause I was a very tough old stick.
The next day mom went around to the lady drivers house and I heard her yelling at the woman while I waited in the car. Hee Hee!
So when mom saw my German jogging suit she knew it was perfect for me!
Although I’m not wearing it in this photo, I always wore a hat on our run, to shield my face from the sun.
For pals who don’t know, I was a celebrity dog and also had a pram/stroller, so on each day’s run I would get in the stroller to catch my breath going up the steep hills, and be ready to keep running some more. And guess what? My stroller had a special umbrella to shield me from the sun. Hee Hee!
